REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of the custom handmade products, we cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS:

We allow a 24-hour cancellation after you have made your purchase. If you decide to cancel, please reach out to us and we will gladly cancel your order. Once the 24 hours have passed we cannot cancel the order.

ISSUES:

If you have any issues such as damaged or missing items upon arrival, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can kindly resolve the issue.
